Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing includes:

Order verification and payment confirmation
Quality check of items before dispatch
Secure packaging of products for shipment
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will be counted from the next business day.

Dispatch Time

Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners within 24 hours.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Transit & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship orders across the United States with free standard shipping. Delivery time varies depending on location and carrier schedules:

Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days (after dispatch)
Remote/Rural Areas: May take up to 10 business days
Peak Seasons (e.g., holidays): Slight delays may occur due to carrier load
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (3–7 days) = (4-9 days)

Mirevia offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
No additional charges or hidden fees apply at checkout.

Tracking Information

Every order comes with a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us.
Customers will be responsible for any re-shipping costs if applicable.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a package is lost in transit, Mirevia will initiate an investigation with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once the carrier marks them as delivered at the provided address.
Mirevia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We recommend providing a secure delivery location to avoid such issues.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Freight forwarding addresses
