At Mirevia, we work hard to ensure that every order is delivered exactly as promised. To maintain fairness and transparency, we only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns if:
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
The customer wishes to request a different color, size, or product once the correct item has already been delivered.
The customer decides they no longer want the product.
Once delivered correctly, all sales are considered final.
Valid Reasons for Return
A return will only be accepted if:
Wrong Item or Wrong Color Sent
If we send you an item or color different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a return.
Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives broken, faulty, or in damaged condition, you may request a return.
Product Not Matching Description
If the product received is significantly different from the description or specifications shown on our website, it qualifies for a return.
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/tags intact.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong color, damaged/defective product), Mirevia will cover the return shipping cost.
Any return requests outside of the conditions listed above will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Return Label
The return label will be included inside the package you receive. Customers are responsible for using this label when sending items back.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if:
We delivered the wrong product or color
The product arrived defective or damaged
Customers cannot request exchanges for personal preferences (such as a different color after correct delivery).
