This Return & Exchange Policy outlines when and how customers can return or exchange their purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business.

General Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
All items must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, labels, and any included accessories.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Return

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or not the item/color/variant you ordered, you are eligible for a full return or exchange at no additional cost.
Examples: broken zippers, torn material, wrong handbag color/style shipped, or missing parts.

Non-Defective Items (Customer-Initiated Returns)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations even if it is not defective. For this reason, we allow returns for non-defective items as long as:
The item is unused and in resalable condition.
The original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The return request is made within the allowed return window.

Please note: For non-defective returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item back.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for both defective and non-defective items.
Defective/Wrong Items:
We will exchange the product free of charge and cover all shipping costs.
Non-Defective Items:
Customers may exchange items for a different size, style, or color (if available), provided the item is in unused condition and within the 10-day window.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to sending the original item back.

Return & Exchange Window

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
For faster processing, customers are encouraged to notify us within the first 48 hours if they notice any issue with their order.

Return Process

Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team at support@mirevia.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs (if defective/damaged).
Approval
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide instructions.
Return Label
A return label is customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
Securely pack the item in its original box or packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will either issue a refund or send out a replacement/exchange according to your request.

Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item or Our Error:
Mirevia will fully cover return shipping costs.
Non-Defective Item or Customer-Initiated Returns:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method for Returns

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 14 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee

Mirevia does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance stock
